Day 2: Golden Monkey Tracking
You will have breakfast and after you will go to the Gorilla office head quarters and get briefed about the trek by the guides and then you will set off for your adventure to meet the golden monkeys in volcanoes national park. The guide will take you through the thick vegetation on 1-7 hour trail, when you finally meet the golden monkeys, where you will also be given 1 hour to interact with them.

Day 3: Dian Fossey Hike
You will have breakfast and after you will participate in the trek to Karisoke Gorilla research centre which Dian Fossey set up. Because of her struggle of conserving and preserving of gorillas in Rwanda, a voluntary project was found and was called Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund International. This hike will offer you an opportunity of seeing birds and many other creatures, if the time allows, you will visit the twin lakes which will offer dramatic view across the water to the volcanically formed cones of the Virunga Mountains looming in the horizon.

Day 4: Return to Kigali
Have breakfast at the lodge and after return to Kigali for a city tour where you will visit the genocide memorial sites, art and craft shops as well as the local markets within the city. Later, your guide will drop you to the hotel or at the airport for your departure back home.
